CAF President Dr Patrice Motsepe donates $500,000 in Ivory Coast

CAF President Dr Motsepe donated USD 500 000 to the Catholic Church and Muslim Faith in Ivory Coast.

In a statement, CAF said: “The President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Dr Patrice Motsepe donated USD 500 000 on behalf of the Motsepe Foundation to the Catholic Church and the Muslim Faith in Ivory Coast.”

Dr Patrice Motsepe said: “We are  immensely  grateful  to the Catholic Church and the Muslim Faith for the crucial  religious and spiritual work that they are doing  amongst our people in Ivory Coast and on the African Continent and globally.

“We are committed to working together with them and all Religious and Faith Based Organisations in Africa and worldwide,  and contribute to uniting all people from different racial, ethnic and religious backgrounds.”
