Cape Town City sign Khanya Leshabela on a free transfer

Cape Town City have completed the signing of former Leicester City midfielder Khanya Leshabela on a free transfer.

The 24-year-old midfielder was born in Soshanguve before growing up in England.

Cape Town City’s statement, posted on social media, said: “The club is delighted to confirm the signing of Khanya Leshabela. The 24-year-old South African midfielder joins the Citizens as Coach Eric looks to bolster his squad for the season ahead!”
