Carling Knockout quarter-final draw on Sunday and live on SuperSport

The 2024/25 Carling Knockout quarter-final draw will take place on Sunday, 20 October 2024.

The draw will be conducted immediately after the round of 16 fixture between Richards Bay FC and Sekhukhune United, and will be LIVE on SuperSport PSL Channel and SABC 1.

 Draw Procedure:

• As per Carling Knockout competition rules, the quarterfinal draw is seeded.
• Three bowls will be used for the draw, labelled Pot A, Pot B, and Pot C.
• Pot A will contain the names of the four seeded clubs (those that finished in the highest Premiership positions from the previous season)
• Pot B will be empty and used to determine home and away designations.
• Pot C will contain the names of the four unseeded clubs.
• A ball will be drawn from Pot A (seeded clubs) and placed in Pot B without opening it.
• A ball will then be drawn from Pot C (unseeded clubs) and placed in Pot B without opening it.
• From Pot B, the first ball drawn will designate the home team, and the second ball will designate the away team.
• The process will be repeated until all four fixtures are confirmed.
