AFCON 2025 Draw: Bafana Bafana to face Egypt, Angola and Zimbabwe
Bafana Bafana have been drawn into Group B of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations following the draw ceremony held on Monday night in Rabat, Morocco.
South Africa were drawn in Group B where they will face Egypt, Angola and Zimbabwe.
Bafana Bafana will play all their Group B games at the Marrakech Stadium, a multipurpose stadium located in Ouahat Sidi Brahim, Morocco.
AFCON 2025 group stage fixtures for Bafana Bafana:
- 22 December 2025 – South Africa vs Angola (Marrakech Stadium)
- 26 December 2025 – South Africa vs Egypt (Marrakech Stadium)
- 29 December 2025 – South Africa vs Zimbabwe (Marrakech Stadium)
The 24 countries have been split into six groups. The winners and runners-up in each group, plus the best four third-placed teams, will reach the knockout phase.
The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations will begin on the 21st of December 2025 and run until the 18th of January 2026.
