Hugo Broos announces Bafana Bafana squad to face Lesotho and Benin

Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has announced his squad to face Lesotho and Benin in two FIFA World Cup qualifiers this month.

South Africa will resume the World Cup qualifiers when they host Lesotho at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Friday, 21 March 2025, at 18h00. They will then fly to Ivory Coast by charter to face Benin on Tuesday, 25 March 2025, at 18h00.

Bafana Bafana Squad:

Goalkeepers: Ronwen Williams (Mamelodi Sundowns), Ricardo Goss (SuperSport United), Sipho Chaine (Orlando Pirates).

Defenders: Sydney Mobbie (SuperSport United), Khulumani Ndamane (TS Galaxy), Thabo Moloisane (Stellenbosch FC), Nkosinathi Sibisi (Orlando Pirates), Aubrey Modiba (Mamelodi Sundowns), Siyabonga Ngezana (FCSB, Romania), Khuliso Mudau (Mamelodi Sundowns), Fawaaz Basadien (Stellenbosch FC).
