Sekhukhune United have confirmed that Katlego Mohamme and Samkele Sihlali will spend the rest of the season out on loan, following the close of the January transfer window.

In a statement on Friday, the club said: “As the January window shuts, we send our best wishes to Katlego “Kat” Mohamme and Samkele “Semali” Sihlali, as they go out on loan. Mohamme links up with Chippa United FC for the rest of the season, while Sihlali heads to Gomora United FC in the Motsepe Foundation Championship. All the best, majita – go represent!”

Mohamme, a strong and versatile defender, will spend the rest of the season with Chippa United FC, where his presence is expected to add depth and stability to the Eastern Cape side’s backline. His move offers him the chance to gain consistent top-flight minutes in the Betway Premiership.
