Don’t Miss Out: SAFA Opens Ticket Sales for Bafana Bafana’s AFCON Qualifier
The South African Football Association (SAFA) has confirmed that tickets for Bafana Bafana’s upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya are now available for purchase, with supporters encouraged to secure their seats early for the highly anticipated clash.
South Africa will head into the encounter full of confidence after making an impressive start to their AFCON qualifying campaign. Bafana Bafana opened their campaign with a victory over Guinea before producing a dominant display against Eritrea in their next outing.
The match against Kenya forms another important step in South Africa’s journey towards qualification for the continental showpiece, with Hugo Broos’ side looking to maintain their positive momentum.
SAFA has urged football fans and families to come out in large numbers and create a vibrant atmosphere for the national team. The association believes strong support from the stands can play a key role in inspiring the players on match day.
Tickets are available through TicketPro, with adult tickets priced at R100, while children between the ages of five and twelve can attend for R40. Supporters should note that a children’s ticket can only be purchased together with at least one adult ticket.
Gates at the stadium will open well before kick-off to allow supporters enough time to enter the venue and settle into their seats ahead of the match.
Fans attending the fixture will be allowed to bring supporter flags and musical instruments to help create a festive atmosphere inside the stadium.
However, SAFA has reminded supporters that weapons, dangerous objects, drugs, umbrellas and chairs will not be permitted inside the venue as part of the event’s safety regulations.
The association also confirmed that the stadium is wheelchair accessible, ensuring that supporters living with disabilities can enjoy the match comfortably.
With qualification points at stake and excitement around Bafana Bafana continuing to grow, the clash against Kenya is expected to attract strong support as South Africa looks to take another important step towards AFCON qualification.
