Stellenbosch FC sign Thabo Moloisane on a free transfer

Stellenbosch Football Club have completed the signing of former South Africa youth international Thabo Moloisane on a free transfer.

The 24-year-old defender joins the club on a long-term deal following a season with Maritzburg United in which he made 27 appearances across all competitions last term.

Head Coach Steve Barker on the club website said: “Thabo Moloisane is a player with a lot of experience both at PSL and NFD level. He is a player who has shown his leadership qualities at every club he has played for.

“We also believe that he is an underrated footballer who will flourish and develop into a really top centre-back with us at the club, with the added benefit of his versatility.”
