Stellenbosch FC sign Ivorian defender Ismael Olivier Toure

Stellenbosch Football Club have completed the signing of Ivorian defender Ismael Olivier Toure on a permanent transfer from Marumo Gallants.

Head Coach Steve Barker on the club website said: “Toure is undoubtedly one of the very best defenders in our league and an important signing for our club.

“He showed his qualities throughout last season with Marumo Gallants, including outstanding performances in the Confederations Cup.

“He is a physically commanding centre-back who is good with the ball at his feet, and we believe that he will be a big addition to our squad.”
