MTN8 Wafa Wafa 2023/2024 season begins

On Thursday, 10 August, MTN, in partnership with the Premier Soccer League (PSL), officially launched the 2023/2024 season of the MTN8 tournament.

The 2023/2024 edition is set to kick-off on Saturday, 12 August, when Mamelodi Sundowns and Moroka Swallows lock horns at Lucas Moripe Stadium in Pretoria at 15h00. At 18h00, Orlando Pirates will face Sekhukhune United at Orlando Stadium in Soweto.

On Sunday, 13 August, Cape Town City will welcome Kaizer Chiefs to the Athlone Stadium in Cape Town at 15h00 followed by SuperSport United and Stellenbosch FC at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane at 18h00.

Tickets are available at TicketPro outlets countrywide (R70 per ticket).

The new MTN8 trophy was also officially unveiled on Thursday.
