Cape Town Spurs Statement on Head Coach Shaun Bartlett

Despite starting the 2023/24 DStv Premiership campaign with four defeats, Cape Town Spurs have confirmed that head coach Shaun Bartlett still has the “full support” of the club.

A statement reads: “Although our results have been disappointing, coach Shaun Bartlett has the full support of the Cape Town Spurs F.C. board.

“We ask that people respect that Shaun has a contract with the club and refrain and refrain from making unfounded statements in the media to gain cheap publicity for their own personal benefit.”
