Hugo Broos names final squad to face Namibia and DR Congo

Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has announced his 23-man squad for the two matches against Namibia and DR Congo.

South Africa will host Namibia on the 9th of September 2023 before welcoming the DR Congo on the 12th of September 2023.

The South African Football Association (SAFA) confirmed yesterday that both matches will be played at Orlando Stadium in Soweto.

The tickets, which are R50 each, for the two games are sold at all TicketPro outlets, including selected Total Energies garages, Sasol Garages, Caltex and Power Fashion.

Defenders: Nyiko Mobbie (Sekhukhune United), Thabiso Monyane (Orlando Pirates), Nkosinathi Sibisi (Orlando Pirates), Grant Kekana (Mamelodi Sundowns), Maphosa Modiba (Mamelodi Sundowns), Mothobi Mvala (Mamelodi Sundowns), Siyanda Xulu (SuperSport United), Innocent Maela (Orlando Pirates).

Midfielders: Luke le Roux (Varbergs Bois, Sweden), Teboho Mokoena (Mamelodi Sundowns), Grant Margeman (SuperSport United), Bathusi Aubaas (Mamelodi Sundowns).
